How to apply ?
Indian Railways does not issue IRCTC licenses to any person, it provides licenses through irctc authorized license distributors, You should therefore contact the irctc authorized license distributor to obtain a license.
You can easily find IRCTC authorized license distributors using google. search IRCTC authorized agent on google, it will show various license distributor websites. Select any website and click on register for IRCTC authorized agent, registration form will open.
You will need to fill out an IRCTC Agent Registration Form where you will need to add your name, business name, mobile and email and address details. Once you fill up registration form , click on submit.
Now Authorized Reservation Center – Application form will open. You need to again fill up registration details (if not filled already) and need to upload required documents.
Once you submit the application form and paid the subscription fees, IRCTC team will review your application and will do online KYC and video verification. With 24 hours of your KYC, your account will be created and you can start booking rail tickets on IRCTC.

- Aadhar Card
- Mobile Number : This number will be used for verification ( Should not have been registered with IRCTC)
- Valid Email ID : This ID will be used for verification ( Should not have been registered with IRCTC)

How much commission do you get?
For any passenger, a commission of Rs 20 per ticket is available for booking a ticket for a non-AC coach and Rs 40 per ticket for booking an AC class ticket. Apart from this, one percent of the ticket price is also given to the agent. Another biggest advantage of becoming an agent of IRCTC is that there is no limit to book tickets in this. You can book as many tickets as you want in a month. Apart from this, there is also an option to book Tatkal tickets in 15 minutes. As an agent, you can book domestic and international air tickets apart from trains.

How much will you earn?
There is no limit on the number of tickets agents can book in a month. Hence one can book unlimited number of tickets in a month. Agents get a commission on every booking and transaction. An agent can earn a regular income of up to Rs 80,000 per month or more. Even if the work is slow or slow, on an average, 40-50 thousand rupees can be earned.
How much fee will have to be paid?
If you want to become an agent for one year, then you will have to pay a fee of Rs 3,999 to IRCTC, while for two years this charge is Rs 6,999.
